Returns & Exchange

MojaExpress maintains a 14-business day return policy (on condition the Seller has not stipulated the item as non-returnable), effective from day of shipment delivery to you, the end customer, provided that the product is in its original condition with all packaging and labels intact.

For international orders you, the customer, are responsible for shipping the goods back to the MojaExpress head office in Cape Town, South Africa (see Contact Us for address details). On receiving and our subsequent examination of the returned product, the purchase price paid by you will be reimbursed to you, excluding any applicable charges.  Please note that we do not reimburse any shipping charges relating to the specific returned product.

You have the choice to receive credits for returned goods, enabling you to exchange the returned goods for another product.

Refunds are processed within seven (7) working days of receipt of the returned goods.

How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Send an email to support@mojaexpress.com with ‘Return or Exchange’ in the subject line. Include in your message the original order number and specify if the product/s are to be returned or exchanged.
  2. On receipt of this email our Customer Care will email a ‘Returns Authorization Note (RAN) shipping label to you.
  3. Please print out the RAN Shipping Label and stick it over the original packaging, after which please drop off the package with the courier indicated on the label.
  4. Upon receipt of the returned goods, MojaExpress will contact the Seller and process your refund/exchange with seven (7) working days.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain Sellers may stipulate on the product description that these goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
